Students of the School of Education at Millikin University enjoy opportunities to integrate their course-based knowledge and skills with internships in area classrooms. The journey toward excellence in teaching and learning starts on your first day. Typically, admission into the School of Education takes place early in the sophomore year. Once you meet all admission requirements, you can begin completing upper level program requirements.
Local internships and clinical experiences combine with week- and semester-long opportunities to travel to and learn in Chicago, the Dominican Republic, China and Taiwan. These diverse, meaningful opportunities show you how to practice what you learn at Millikin in a real-world setting.
