- All coursework is grounded in the scientific method within a liberal arts framework. The scientific method provides the foundation for your ability to critically analyze complex, real-world problems, as well as evaluate the merits of various tentative solutions.
- Your studies, on and off-campus, will prepare you to understand the role diversity plays in the analysis of human behavior.
- Training in ethics and professional standards, crucial to your personal and professional success, is an integral part of your career preparation.
- Your program of study culminates an internship or research project that demonstrates your ability to apply your knowledge and skills to deliver services in a clinical setting or conduct laboratory research.
- Following the completion of your degree, you will be well prepared to pursue graduate studies in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology, or begin employment in a variety of social service, organizational, or research settings.
