Students over 22 years of age, those who are married, or who have dependents are eligible to live off-campus. However, we do have two primary on-campus housing options for family housing and/or the adult student.

MILLIKIN APARTMENTS - Millikin Apartments deliver the best of on-campus living and independence to adult students and students with families. These air-conditioned one bedroom apartments have full kitchens, living rooms, and storage areas. Just one block from the heart of campus, students will appreciate being able to "get away " after a busy day. Millikin Apartments are reserved for adult students and those students in need of a family living arrangement. THE WOODS AT MILLIKIN - Students with 24 (18+ for transfer students) or more credits may choose to live in the Woods Apartments. This privately owned apartment complex partners with Millikin to house over 600 Millikin students in luxury apartment style living with private bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen facilities. Apartments are leased by individual and only Millikin students may reside on the property. Contact the Woods Management for leasing details at 217-464-8635.
