Services

Millikin’s Information Technology Help Desk is located in Shilling Hall room 106.  Technicians are available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.  Services provided to students include assisting with Wi-Fi and network connectivity, installing campus printers, correcting account issues, setting up mobile device sync, downloading and installing Microsoft Office 365  (FREE to all Millikin students), assisting with Millikin email, and providing a myMillikin overview.  Please contact the Help Desk if you have questions.

 

Mobile Device Sync

The Millikin Information Technology Department understands that it is important for students to stay up to date with calendar events and email. Mobile Device Sync allows our students to sync their Millikin Email and Calendar with their smart phone.  Setup is easy and can be accessed through the My Account link at the top right hand corner of myMillikin

 

Purchasing a New Computer?

If you are considering the purchase of a new computer, below is a list of suggested specifications.  Please make sure to reach out to your advisor or faculty to determine if there are department or course specific requirements.
